PEI context (2026)
The primary PEI PNP streams. Labour stream requires a PEI job offer. Express Entry stream draws from the federal pool. Both use the PEI points grid with a 50-point minimum.
Federal program available in all Atlantic provinces. PEI employers can hire and nominate through the AIP outside the provincial nomination allocation. No points grid - employer-driven.
For graduates of UPEI, Holland College, or Collège de l'Île with a job offer in PEI. Prior study on the island is a strong positive factor and eligible for bonus points.
